Players are afforded the opportunity to play in a range of positions and to develop their composure and decision-making on the ball. In readiness for football at a higher level, they are also encouraged to appreciate different team formations, tactics and the importance of teamwork as well as developing individual skill and technique.
Coaches seek to provide a fun, supportive yet appropriately challenging environment.
